About Kevin Fruechte:

Kevin Fruechte is an engineer employed in Fairmont, Minnesota, USA. He started studying and working problems in mathematics and physics in 2003 as a hobby, though with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison this was really just a continuation of earlier studies.

In addition to having had excellent teachers in the public school system of La Crosse, Wisconsin, the most influential teacher in Fruechte's life was Professor Jacob Levin of the Mathematics Department at the University of Wisconsin. It was due to Dr. Levin's calculus classes and his teaching methods that Fruechte's passion for mathematics was reinforced and made firm for life.

Fruechte continues to study and learn, with several new and used books added to his library since 2003.
